This hotel offers fantastic views of the bay. The breakfast is great with a variety of fresh food. The location is awesome and super convenient, right next to Zhuzilin metro station. Easy access to local markets and stores makes staying here very convenient.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was beautiful and excellent, it had amazing location just next door to the metro station as well as Shenzhen from 10 years. Had a good breakfast for eggs too long, thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

The location of the hotel was comfortable and magnificent - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an expansive public park. I ate in the lounge restaurant nearby...

The building is nice, and the rooms are well-equipped with a view of Hong Kong, comfortable pillows, and all the amenities you need for a great stay.

Food was excellent!

Staff need a trainig in solving customer issues. We were re-directed 3 times for such a simple problem like getting an AC adapter :)

Cozy room that's quiet and well-kept, plus super comfy pillows to crash on. They've got a sweet pool for some chill vibes, and parking right on deck for convenience. 🏊‍♂️.

This was our second stay here. It's a very good and comfortable hotel. It's not cheap but it's very nice and worth the money. My girlfriend loves it because of the breakfasts (endless help yourself, and very good quality) and the bed (very comfortable). I agree with her.

I gotta say, I got a bang for my buck at Oriental Ginza Hotel in Shenzhen. The room was top-notch, spacious and had an amazing view. The location was spot-on with easy access to CBD and a beautiful park nearby. The staff was super helpful and even upgraded us upon arrival.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, but overall, our stay was great.

the staff at Oriental Ginza Hotel were genuinely good, especially the lower-level employees like the cleaners and waitresses. They were always willing to offer assistance, even going as far as making phone calls for us when they saw us in need. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with the subway station just steps away and plenty of food options nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and we even received an upgrade and a birthday surprise. the staff went above and beyond to understand our needs and provide excellent service. it was a great value for money experience. Cons: No issues. 👍.

Stuff are very welcome to you but they are not understand basic english, I have got a room with 1 meter wide window faced to another building which is about 10 meters away, during the day time I should use lights. When I try to explain this to stuff, they just simple dont speak in english. Room are small, the bathroom are old and have to repair. Honestly this is worst 5 star hotel I ever stay. Shenzhen have much more options for much less money
